In the DESCRIPTION OF PAYMENT you must compulsorily write the following information:

For stays longer than 30 days, the fee must be paid within the first 5 days of the month.

DEPOSIT

The deposit must be payed to end the reservation and it depends on the period of stay:

• longer than 60 days: € 250.00
• from 31 to 60 days: € 100,00
• from 1 to 31 days: full amount of the fee
